Your Rights & Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to ya999 and all its Services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. ya999 operates a mandatory age verification process. Any Person who is or appears to be under 21 years of age is prohibited from registering or accessing the Platform.

2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to hold a single ya999 Account at any time. The existence of more than one Account per Player — regardless of the email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ya999 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses.

2.3 Registration Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination.

2.4 Verification. ya999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and/or age at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued identity document (CNIC, Passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by ya999 will result in Account suspension pending verification completion.

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order on ya999 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing ya999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must agree that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that you accept this risk willingly.

3.1 Account Responsibility. The Player is solely responsible for all activity conducted through their ya999 Account. ya999 will treat any action taken using a Player's login credentials as having been authorised by that Player, including all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonus claims submitted.

3.2 Credential Confidentiality. Players must keep their login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Players must not share their login credentials with any other person. ya999 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any suspected unauthorised access to an Account must be reported to ya999 support immediately via live chat.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. ya999 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional but strongly recommended security enhancement. Players who enable 2FA provide an additional layer of protection for their Account and wallet. ya999 shall not be liable for losses arising from compromised credentials where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.

3.4 Device Security. Players are responsible for the security of the device(s) used to access ya999. ya999 recommends that Players log out after each session on shared or public devices and enable the auto-lock feature available in Account settings.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on ya999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via local payment methods.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. ya999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. ya999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods registered in the Player's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ya999 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that differ from those used for deposit without satisfactory verification of the alternative method. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply per payment method.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. ya999 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks, or where there is suspicion of fraud or breach of these Terms. ya999 will notify the Player of any such delay in a timely manner.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ya999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Players may be required to provide source of funds documentation for large transactions. ya999 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ya999 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times on eligible games before any withdrawal of Bonus Funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Funds amount unless otherwise stated. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are published on the promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. ya999 operates active detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Behaviour constituting bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing bets structured to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (so-called "bonus hunting"); using promotional credits with no genuine intention of playing the games. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in voiding of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and Account suspension.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free spins expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. ya999 is not obligated to extend expiry periods under any circumstances. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on ya999 are sourced directly from internationally certified game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, and Play'n GO. Game Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently certified. ya999 does not modify game RTPs or outcomes.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction in any game — whether arising from software error, connectivity issues, or hardware failure — ya999 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the relevant stake to the Player's wallet. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable. ya999's decision regarding malfunctions is final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting on ya999 is governed by additional sportsbook-specific rules available on the betting platform. In the event of early settlement, event cancellation, or score disputes, ya999's sportsbook rules apply. ya999 reserves the right to suspend betting markets and void bets at its sole discretion where integrity concerns arise.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. ya999 may impose maximum payout limits per single session, per day, or per specific game type. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be communicated in the relevant game or promotion documentation. Winnings in excess of published limits may be reduced to the applicable maximum at ya999's discretion.

7.1 Commitment. ya999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Company recognises that while gambling is a legitimate recreational activity for most adults, it can be harmful to a minority of players. ya999 provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools to all Account holders.

7.2 Available Tools. Players may access the following tools through their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session time limits and reality check notifications at configurable intervals.
• Cool-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — irreversible once applied.
• Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 12 months, 3 years, or permanent — enforced across all devices and channels.

7.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who requests self-exclusion will be locked out of their ya999 Account within 24 hours of the request. During self-exclusion, the Player will be removed from all marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. 7.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. ya999 takes the prevention of underage gambling extremely seriously. Players who are parents or guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If ya999 identifies or suspects that a minor has accessed the platform, the relevant Account will be closed immediately and the matter will be reviewed.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ya999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on ya999.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to exploit game mechanics or manipulate betting markets.
• Creating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including the exploitation of welcome bonuses or other promotions.
• Providing false identity or age information at registration or during any verification process.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to ya999 support immediately.
• Using ya999 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ya999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any activity that may damage, disrupt, or place excessive burden on ya999's technical infrastructure.

9.1 All content on the ya999 platform — including but not limited to the ya999 name, logo, brand identity, website design, game artwork, software, marketing materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ya999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ya999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any ya999 content without the Company's prior written consent.

9.3 Game content made available on ya999 is licensed from third-party providers. The intellectual property rights in individual games remain with the respective game developers. ya999 does not claim ownership of third-party game content displayed on the platform.

10.1 ya999 provides the platform "as is" and does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ya999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses arising from game results, payment processing delays, or Account suspension.

10.3 ya999's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by ya999's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.1 Complaints Procedure. Players who wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of the ya999 platform should first contact the support team via live chat. ya999 aims to resolve all complaints within 48 hours of initial submission. Where resolution is not achieved at this stage, the matter may be escalated to ya999's disputes resolution team via email at [email protected].

11.2 Game Disputes. All disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. ya999 will review the relevant game logs, which are maintained by the certified game providers. ya999's determination of game outcome disputes is final.

11.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ya999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved by ya999's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority's approved dispute resolution body.

12.1 Termination by ya999. ya999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where ya999 reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by law. In such cases, ya999 may withhold any balance pending investigation, which will be conducted in a timely manner.

12.2 Termination by the Player. Players may close their ya999 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Funds balance will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.3 Amendments. ya999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or a notification on the platform with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, specific game rules, and individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and ya999 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
